The product purchased is guaranteed by Widex Import & Export Ltd. against malfunction for one year from the date of original purchase, provided that the defect is not caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or repairs or modifications performed or attempted by unauthorized body. Where replacement of parts (including battery) is necessary, a nominal charge for the parts will be required. Any defective parts which have been replaced shall become the company's property. Under no circumstance shall Widex Import & Export Ltd. be liable for consequential damages resulting from improper use of the product. Please keep and present the warranty card together with the sales invoice to our service department for inspection during repair or demonstration. Any correction or erasure will render the warranty card invalid. The warranty card is applicable in Hong Kong only.
